It is so important to know what most motivates your employees and their abilities in order to use it to make them love the work. To discover that, you need to communicate with them regularly and let them feel free to make decisions.
As a good manager you should give your employees the hope that without them it will be hard to reach the company’s goals and objectives and always remember that if one of your employees’s succeeded and goes to a higher level he will always remember you as his source of inspiration.
